Book Reports - 8th Grade:
The following is the information I want in your book report: Book Report Form
- Title
- Author
- Genre - what type of book is it?
- Setting and Characters
- Conflict (what is the main problem)?
- Your opinion of the book...
Remember, this paper is the basis of the book podcasts your are going to do and post on your blogs. If it is too short, the podcast will be boring. What can you tell us that will make your Bookcast more interesting?

Students will determine the central theme of their fiction book, choose two quotes from the story, and explain how those two quotes explain the central theme. Students are to include in their report what the setting is, who the characters are, what the conflict is, and finally, what is the resolution.
